I've heard of this phenomenon before, but never once experienced it myself.
I solve this problem by having my own little projects i wanna do on my down time
OK but the time I did ask about getting more to do by the time I finally got everything I needed to do the new task all of the other stuff that was in a lull was no longer in a lull.
