I was never good at asking for help.
I'll link the details under a cut, owing to the fact that it's extremely sad, but i'm in urgent need of some financial stability right now, and if not that...some well-wishes for my steadfast feline friend.
The past couple weeks have been hell, for me and more importantly for my cat Wilbur. I noticed he was having some trouble with eating and having difficulty moving up- and downstairs, but it's finally gotten too bad on both of those fronts for him to live comfortably or easily.
I've taken him to the vet a few times now to get him looked over. His teeth are absolutely shot, he's arthritic, and his kidneys are starting to fail. We have him on some pain management care for the time being, but
I've only been able to afford these checkups for him, and even then just barely.
I have exhausted every available option; I now have to prepare for the worst.
If anyone can help me cover some of the costs of his vet visits in the meantime, I would deeply, deeply appreciate the assistance. Signal boosts are also really appreciated.
