large language model incorporating magmar into english
i don't know what that would do but i'm posting it anyway and yes i know 'magyar' isn't pronounced anything like 'magmar' but here we are all the same
You know I've never heard the word said aloud? I thought it was pronounced how it looked
think the "ma" from "magician" and the "gyar" from "gyaru"
at least in magyarul, hungarian, it's something like "maw-dyawr"
boiler for sale in the same place?
edit: i did not know this reference but i am now in love with it
ikr, it's fantastic
it's also a great litmus test of whether someone's from Hungary/is an expat, or they learned to speak magyar
i'm just the child of a magyar-speaker and grew up around my mom and her parents speaking it
i tried to learn but didn't really have practice partners, so the only thing that stuck for me was a few words and pronunciation, especially since as a trans jew i have little hope of visiting hungary any time soon :(
ahhhh, gotcha. yeahhhhhhhhhh, it's
not exactly safe for us right now, to put it mildly.
my sympathies
