this is after a chunk of time working on this card face for a game that wants to be simple as I can make it.

the Card names are Senior/Junior then a job role. Some cards care about if there are Senior or Juniors - like, researchers are happiest when they have juniors they can push around, and techs would really rather not have seniors around.

The card art COULD be 100% variable for all 52 cards but I think this is easier and simpler to make the card art just a vague signifier for each job role. Basically, this 'face' is the same for all the senior techs. Part of the point here is to blow through as cheap a game design as I can and use the free art the internet offers that's not generated by an AI. Sorta.

Card rule: each job role has a special rule, and this is where this sits. It might need a dividing line between it and the next bit:

Stars it's worth, this is the base value you get for just getting this card into your Employment History.

Cards Compatibility Rating is the secret sauce this game is built around. Every employee in this org has been given a score for the sorting algorithm to determine their compatibility

Traitor count: uh so there are traitors. Specifically there are traitors in the game who you want to plant in a trick and foist them on the team leader. Since the counting up/ counting down from the base number is a part of the game, and the team leader wants to make that choice at the start of the turn, these signals are so the team leader can at least not feel completely screwed about working out how many possible team members in the group COULD be traitors

Cos you wanna avoid those
