Another edge case I don't know the exact rule for: Does it need to say "As long as that card remains exiled"?
So in this case, no, because the X cost means you need to be able to reference that card. IF the card isn't in exile any more like from a processor or a riftsweeper, there's no mana value to reference so you can't pay X.
