idk, when i last played they didn't print common removal this good very often.
like 2014-2019 was when I last played regularly. they tended to not print much common removal during that period that was this cheap and effective.
a lot of these were not in standard legal draft sets, and I'd consider most of the ones that were to be weaker then Eaten by Prianhas in draft.
This is an uncommon (it's hard to tell LCI's symbol is garbage, but there's now a letter at the bottom left that also tells you the rarity)
