1 or 4. 1 feels the most natural and looks 'right' but 4 makes the hands element more legible, if that's important, without feeling jarring/weird in the way that the 2 and 3 color schemes do

  1. By far the easiest on the eyes. 1 and 2 don't blend right (and that grey feels out of place/that red sort of fuses into the apple), and 3 feels... too intense, with the green hands feeling off.

I'm partial to the subtlety of 1, especially given that the “mouth” wasn't intended. That was my reservation about 1—if the “mouth” was intended to be included, it should probably be more prominent, roughly to the level of 2 or 4.

My second choice would be 4, for having the most apple-like combination of colors. 3 is a little too high-contrast, and I don't think gray works here (though that could depend on lore/flavor context I lack).
