how much stuff lets you break the legend rule that specifying nonlegendary is important here?
Here's what I could find:
Excluding "The Brothers Yamazaki" for how conditional it is, there are are 5 commander legal permanents that turn off the legend rule for (varying) permanents, creatures, or tokens you control.
Plus "Mirror Gallery" which turns off the legend rule for everyone, for a total of 6 cards in that space.
