minor templating nit: ‘transformed’ doesn’t work that way with MDFCs. You probably want ‘exile this, then may cast the other side of this card from exile’ or other custom templating tech.

That level of wording complexity is better handled by adjusting the comprehensive rules for this set referring to these sorceries that are capable of recognising their back side. 'X the other side of this card' is incredibly clunky, and we already have cards that are capable of entering the battlefield with their other side - 'transformed.'
Like you're not wrong about if this card was agnostically dropped into magic, but it couldn't be, so I'd operate on the idea that a (number of) new card can adjust the comp rules.
It's possible, but basically it requires a decent amount of rewrite in 712 to extend the definition of transformed to modal DFCs while also maintaining their inability to be transformed on the battlefield, which is at least a little weird.
