does mtg have a rule about the targeting happening before the cost is paid? or can you essentially pay RWB+a creatures cost to have it ETB again?
targets are selected before costs are paid - see apprentice necromancer for an example: https://scryfall.com/card/uma/84/apprentice-necromancer
Is "its" referring to the card or the sacrifice? I think clearer templating might be needed.
