I believe so! I used a tool called "bugpoll" a while ago, but I can't find it anymore. There's quite a few posts tagged #bugpoll out there, too.
There was one people were using, but it appears to be down now. Probably other poll sites allow embeds. Like, I think strawpoll does, but only with an account.
