like I feel on one level it's a series where someone had the idea that anime is 'bad' when it 'panders,' and so you 'pander' when a show seems to have an idea about something cool or good and just lets that happen, like when there are two girls who like each other, implying yuri is 'pandering.'
So Metallic Rouge decides to take every single possible story question that might result in something cool or good and immediately find the worst possible way to answer it.
