it low-key bothers us when fantasy worlds have real-world fruits, vegetables, visual ornamentation, philosophical concepts etc
then we remember that these are the same worlds that refuse to address how many diaphragms centaurs have, and it helps us turn our suspension of disbelief back on
Centaurs don't have diaphragms, they oxygenate through their spiracles like other insects
