I think the honour of 'most home-schooled anime redhead' still goes to Uta, but Suletta definitely came out of her story in a better place
Oh! She's a One Oiece character with the ability to lull people into a dreamscape when she sings. After a tragedy and some monumentally terrible decisions from the adults raising her, she ends up tutored, alone, for most of her life before she becomes a soundcloud sensation. Major loss of life ensues.
