I think this card is way too good for funny reasons. It does the same thing as Green Sun’s Zenith where you can X=0 and get an extra land drop for 1 mana while also having good utility late in the game. And unlike Dryad Arbor you also get a Horizon land draw bundled with it, which just makes the card even stronger. I do like the card design otherwise, though, so I think an X can’t be 0 clause would be all it takes to really fix the issue and at that point it feels pretty fair
