Hey, I just want to say that when incredibly bad shit happens, it's normal to feel despair. It's normal to feel sad and angry and sick to your stomach. And it's normal to voice those feelings even if others may tell you that you're "not helping."
Shit sucks. Nobody asks to live through times like these. You won't help anyone by trying to surpress your real and valid response to world events.
Feel what you feel. Do what you can to make it through another day. You are enough.
