one of my biggest gripes with phone keyboards is the lack of tactile feedback. i hate pressing a flat surface and getting no response. they've tried fixing it with haptic feedback (read: vibrating a tiny bit when pressing a button) but it's always either too little or too much (the phone essentially starts ringing when you type too fast)

i want the old physical keyboards back :( slide out ones were always cool
