I really wish developers would use the Scroll Lock key. So often do I try to use the arrow keys to move around, only to find out they do something else, and I need to hold another key to make the arrows scroll the screen. Letting me use Scroll Lock to switch between these functions would make using so many programs much better.

Also, if I hit the Pause key, programs should pause what ever current process is going on. With either Shift + Pause, of Control + Pause acting as the Break key, which stops any current process. So like, if a art program is rendering something, hitting Pause, will pause the rendering process, and Break will abort it.

I don’t know what the fuck you could do with the System Request key.
