Oh come on, this complaint feels completely disingenuous. Wizards cracks down hard on art plagiarism (see LCC Wayfarer's Bauble most recently), and are generally very responsive to these sorts of posts - there was an ack on reddit within the day. The art directors cannot look at every single piece of art made in the past 3 decades. On some level, you have to trust your artists, and they do a good job of immediately suspending any artists who plagiarize work which serves as a strong 'example', so to speak.
