we deliberately make chemicals that are for making them taste bad. Like they don't taste bad inherently, they're made to taste bad.
Nah it's super interesting, it's this whole wing of how awful we can make things taste with chemicals that aren't, themselves, toxic.
A food channel I watch did a video where they tasted some of these things that were normally super-diluted, which I found funny but also might be hell to people with sensory stimulation associations
A thriving, yet still niche YouTube subculture for eating Shampoo, probably.
