It's so surreal watching Trump say "Tim Walz wants to legalize post-birth infanticide" and then Harris responds with "I love fracking. I am in favor of fracking. Fracking is the best" and Trump responds with "Harris wants to do transgender surgeries on... illegal aliens in prison" (it sounded like he was gonna say children then just, pivoted because he remembered that's not true)
I think we need to instead conduct the presidential debate with a non-linear FOSS threaded discussion board where candidates respond to individual sentences out of order asynchronously so that there's time to respond to everything and connect what they're saying to each other. (this is sarcasm)
