You are not.
You are alive! The world is alive! Full of things you've never seen before. Or things you've seen but never noticed. Small things, large things, almost-inconceivably-massive things.
There is an entire lifetime left for you. Out beyond these digital walls, in other places. On other sites, perhaps, but... also beyond the screen.
Remember that.
There are people you've never met who will treasure you once they get to know the you that you are. There are wonders small and large all around, beautiful plants and stones and clouds and stellar vistas. There are nearly eight billion people out there, creating things and building bonds and seeking something better.
This is not a call to "touch grass." I myself am not in a position where it is easy to be my authentic self offline. But it is a call to remember that grass is out there. Be open to the possibility that there are things for you out in that world beyond the screen. It is so much bigger than this one; everything is happening out there, and only some small parts of it get recorded here.
Try, where you can, to turn online things offline. Make physical things, take in real art in person - sculptures in parks, museums if you're able to visit safely. Experience nature. See the sky. Say hello to another person, get to know them, see if you can improve their life with your presence. If you're anything like me, you certainly won't be able to do all of these all at once... but keep them in mind, be open to them, appreciate them when the opportunities present themselves.
Tomorrow is another day to live. Every day we get a chance to live. Life continues on, always. Go. Be a part of the life in this world.
