More ramble about how this turned out below the break~
Was working off this recipe here tonight https://www.recipetineats.com/filipino-chicken-adobo-flavour-kapow/, and it was really good and tasty, but not quite as good as the adobo I made way back in this post: https://cohost.org/Tavi/post/836362-first-time-quick-chi. The version I made tonight was a bit easier, but the first one my house mate and I agreed shone more because it made more of a sauce for the rice to soak up. Think the flavors were a bit better too, and the chicken more tender. Upside on the version tonight though, it was a bit simpler to make.
Ok enough talk about food, I'm hungry and need to go get a second portion.
