the Global Feed has now been fixed again

of my own free will I'm clocking in on a saturday to fix this because I don't want it to bite anyone else -- no fewer than 11 posts were tagged with the Tag That Shall Not Be Tagged

update: the underlying issue (being able to tag something with the empty string, which shouldn't be allowed) is still there, but we've patched the client code so that it doesn't break the rest of the page when you see one of these posts, so you should be safe from the tagslug... for now...
