League night tonight was a ton of fun! Was able to get some good progress on building my Future Box deck (i have just embraced that it is a meta deck now), and I went 1-2 (not terrible for the first real time i've played physically against someone who isn't my girlfriend)
First two games I did a BO3 with someone who ran Dialga Metang. Scary deck to play against! AAAAAHH!! But she was super chill and I pretty much spent the whole game laughing at how much I was getting my ass beat lol.
Third game I played against the store's owner, and this was the one I won! Was crazy too, since he was running a deck that was BUILT TO COUNTER FUTURE BOX (specifically to counter Heavy Baton on Iron Hands ex) I think it was a Hisuian Zoroark and Spidops ex deck? Looked like a ton of fun to play.
Oh, and here's a pic of the deck list (i forgot to remove a wattrel and kilowattrel for the picture, but replaced them with the iron hands ex's when i was actually playing. just forgot to actually unsleeve them until now and got confused taking the picture lol ignore them)
I plan on going to the next casual night on wednesday, so that's something to look forward to!
