Do the tie colors have some significance? Like how they all have blue ties except for the front right or do they just like matching lol
it's their uniform!! they're all part of a freelance "mercenary" (adventurer maybe? but with an office. the stuff they do arent always mercenary stuff) so they have blue ties, the front right girl is independent so she has her own outfit
these characters are specifically, but groups like these are more of hands for hire since they do accept jobs other than that
the ability to fight is pretty much a requirement but not necessarily what theyre hired for (since fighting is going to be inevitable). some groups specialize in non combat stuff like cooking or music, for example!
