I'm not entirely sold on the rough Snapseed edits I've done here, but the only way to learn is to practice.
I sorta had plans tonight, but also sorta didn't and completely pivoted at the last minute to watch from the top of the Max Brewer Bridge.
I think it worked out for me, and we were treated to twilight effect to boot, so the plume interaction during the later phases of flight was gorgeous.
My hands are freezing, will y'all forgive me if I wait on adding alt-text til tomorrow? I like to really make sure it does a good job painting the scene and I'm too chilly and exhausted to do it justice at the moment.
Look at the image of the side boosters separating (top right photo). The two orange backburns are the eyes and the smoke forms the snout, and then there's the nose at the bottom from the core stage. It's like the face of a dog or a fox.
