If you're reading this, you're most likely checking out my profile. Nice to have you!

I'm a software developer based in Québec City, mostly using this Web Page to chat with friends, talk about development from time to time, gush about my current obsessions (currently Final Fantasy XIV), and generally try to spread good vibes!

What I'm currently working on

Mirama, the bullet-dodging adventure game about the end of an era! Inspired by the likes of NieR and Touhou, the game will mix bullet hell elements with puzzles and exploration as you journey through the five WORLD PILLARS. I've been working on this one part-time for the past couple of years, but there's still a long way to go.

Joining me on this adventure are @pedipanol 🎵, @DAKU 🎨 and @ocatg 🎨 !

One of the puzzle mechanics found in the Temple of the Precursor. My favorite sprite is in here (the frog)

You can check out progress updates over at the #mirama tag! I try to post a more formal blog about the game's development every two months. :host-joy:

Ah, it looks like it is! I'm Charles, an infrastructure developer working with "cloud" and "the Dockers". I'm also an amateur indie game developer!

So far I've primarily dabbled in game jams, smaller projects meant to be beaten from start to finish in a setting. Check out Fore!, for example, a little golf-themed maths puzzle game.

Claire really wishes you'd hurry up and write a maths equation

Recently, however, I've been working with a few friends on a larger-scale project called Mirama! That's the game you can see on top of this post, assuming I didn't mess up.

It's a pacifist action game where you DODGE BULLETS, READ MANY SIGNS, and CHANGE THE WORLD.

Mélodie wakes up in the Hub and makes a stunning discovery

In short, it's pretty much going to be a bullet hell on foot.

I'd love to be able to find a sense of community outside of Twitter, for expected reasons. Cohost looks cool! ^^

I also have a personal blog but the lack of character limits here means I... might... just post updates in their entirety here as well? We'll see!
