Does anyone else remember the forum practice of replying to topics and churning them back up to the top, often with the simple phrase of "bump"? Sneeringly referred to as 'necroposting', this was strongly discouraged in most PHPBBs I grew up on.

The advent of Twitter seems to have obliterated the disdain for it especially with the later advent of algorithmic post curation, but I still feel extremely guilty of rebugging/reboosting/retweeting/recirculating my own stuff.

...am I okay to just, share my stuff? Or is it going to drown out everything else I do?

This is probably just my incredibly annoying tendency to overworry about things literally nobody even cares about much less connotes as malicious behavior acting up again, and maybe a little bit asking permission. I know cohost's general vibe, practically mantra, is "Just post!" but I still worry.
