look sometimes i just want to find the post someone made yesterday but i can't remember who (or worse, who shared it) and now it's buried under 30 pages of scrollback
also specific cohost complaint you really should be able to word match search your own posts i'm always trying to find past things i said for reference and. augh
I think twitter used to have a bunch of search functions you could use, like limiting the search to people you follow. I vaguely remember not being able to do it anymore at some point when I was still using twitter... or it was just weirdly hidden on a Search for Nerds-type page
tagging is like.. great, IF you've remembered to tag everything, and thought of a tagging system that makes sense ahead of time and that you can intuit your way through 2 years after the fact by memory. 🫠

Site:cohost.org/username "search terms"
Put it into your preferred search engine and that should find what you're looking for.
Yes yes yes I need this so bad I only ever remember scraps or keywords from my posts searching tags usually won't be effective for finding what I want when I want it
