The Lazurite Legendarium.

A fragment of a long-dead world speared clean through by a sword of impossible size, the Lazurite Legendarium gets its name from the particular blue hue of its soil and rock, grown so superheated during the planet's fragmentation that it formed basaltic columnation and essentially gives the bottom of the planet an almost honeycombed appearance. It floats in a blue nebula, at the fringes of a galaxy whose constellations are foreign to all of its visitors.

Whether due to the titanic sword's mass or other processes yet unknown, the fragment that comprises the Legendarium still maintains gravity enough that air and water flow around it, and it maintains a robust if small ecosystem across much of its surface.

Though there are still populated centers dotted around its crust, the Legendarium's biggest city lies about 3,000km south of the sword's top, known simply as The Big City. From here, ships across the universe and dimensions alike come and go; the flow is slow, but steady. It is populated almost entirely by souls for whom there is nowhere else to go, a final frontier at which the sum of all the universe's stories are gathered and shared. At the city's center is a ten-thousand-foot-tall tower covered in solar paneling and arcane sigilation, surrounded by a ring of smaller thousand-foot-tall buildings and then an outward ring of more standardly-sized habitation, meant to accommodate the vastly-disparate masses of the Legendarium's visitors. Directly to the Big City's south is a river delta, capped by a great harbor for traffic naval, aerial, and spatial alike.
