Not quite as many as last time, but these are still very cool.

A platformer where you have a big drill that goes BRRRRR. There's not too much more to it than that, but the way the drill controls, with a lot of speed and momentum, gives it a distinct feeling from more classic 'run & jump' platformers.

A murder mystery AND a time loop? This one was made for me. You're a private detective that has exactly one day to solve the case. Time's passing as you interrogate supects and find clues; when the clock strikes midnight, you start the day over, keeping all the info you learned but losing any items you picked up. Every witness you can talk to has their own schedule, kind of like the Laura Bow adventures; so you might learn that two suspects met up early in the morning, and go eavesdrop on their conversation in the next loop. The puzzles shown in the demo are fun, and the black and white art style matches well with the slightly cheeky dialogue. It's going for a noir pastiche, but one that still takes itself seriously. Really hyped to see the full game.

More classic film noir vibes but this time it's a punchy FPS? You run around and beat up goons, or kick them, or throw anything you can pick up at them: lead pipes, buckets of champagne, other goons. There's stealth, secret passages, hidden weapons to find; the mix of careful exploration and fast-paced combat works really well. Oh, and the '30s movie gangster' chatter between enemies is a delight.

PSX-style retro survival horror; this one has a soft, rounded aesthetic that feels strange at first but ends up being really unnerving when the various creatures start showing up. Other than that, it's your regular mix of trying to land headshots and running around collecting keys and valves; nothing revolutionary but it's well done.

A sniping game where you only shoot once per level; after hitting one target, you redirect your bullet in slow motion towards another one. The challenge comes from finding the perfect position that will let you get all the targets with one shot. It's an interesting concept that's worth checking out, though I ended up getting frustrated by the precision required and bailing after a few levels.

They made a non-Hollow Knight Hollow Knight? It looks good, it plays well, but it's so close to the original inspiration that I feel like I could just go reinstall Hollow Knight instead.

Hey, can't read this because of a cohost bug that collapses back the "read more" part instantly. From what I understand it happens when you have a lot of stuff like the Steam thumbnails, and you can fix it by having the --- as a manual limit for the read more part.
