Pan up from the ground as a cloaked man walks along a poorly maintained road through the city square of an outer rim planet. Mysterious brass plays along percussive string plucks and occasional woodwind chords.

MALE VOICE-OVER: The Jedi Council can never find out about this, Satine. Not from you, not from me, not from anyone. He cannot be a Jedi. If you raise him as your son, they will find out, eventually. You're asking me to give up everything.

Fade to Satine, older now, and the camera follows her gaze to a small, blonde child waving around a stick in the air

CHILD: Auntie Satine, look! I'm a Jedi!

Fade to [late clone wars season 6 spoilers]. Mourning montage.

MALE VOICE-OVER REPEATS: He cannot be a Jedi.

Fade to Order 66 montage.

Back to the market, a wide shot shows the cloaked figure entering a seedy hole-in-the-wall bar. Cut to a back room where a blonde, white-skinned alien woman reclines with her boots crossed on the desk as the door opens and the cloaked figure walks in.

ALIEN WOMAN: Listen, kid. I know I said you're force sensitive, but even with my teaching, you can not be a Jedi.

Man lowers his hood, revealing messy blonde hair and facial hair on a pale, smirking face.

CLOAKED MAN: I gave up on that dream a long time ago.

Cut to title screen of "Star Wars: Tales of Mandalore"

There's stuff in between to show why Korkie didn't want to be a Jedi anymore, but I wanted to be mindful of people who haven't watched Clone Wars (and various other potential spoilers) so I had to cut it down!
