Yeah I liked circles. I ultimately ended up using Facebook more because I had more friends on it, but maybe if I had been willing to do more social legwork I woulda stuck around to the end
Gods, I miss it. A large community I was part of migrated there from Usenet and while we eventually regrouped on Discord, the interval was rough and we definitely lost people. 😢
i still kinda have a fondness for tumblr but every time i open the app my phone threatens to catch fire
it's like tumblr, except it doesn't split off an alternate universe every time somebody replies to a post
