After Madison Riveter, I started drawing another resident of the Cyber Purge world and wound up finishing within a day. This time I opted to use more than one color for the background, and I feel the result came out quite well.

India Longway (she/her)In a world created by mutagia, populated by shapeshifters in tune with nature, among the most widely-held religious beliefs is a belief that those who pass on will become one with the planet and its energies, where they remain until they are called to become new beings with blank slates. In this sense, any one person in the mutagian world is formed from the energies of all those who came before them.
India Longway is no exception. Normally, she lives a simple life of travel and entertainment, seeking new things to do and new friends to make. But one day, every month, she travels to one spot in the middle of a public park to pray to her ancestors and thank them for all they have done. Only through the struggles of her progenitors throughout all of history can she live the life she does, in her own way and as her own self. If one thinks her to be merely a party girl, all one has to do is see her standing on a rock with her hands pressed together, her eyes shut, to witness her understanding that her easy life is not to be taken for granted.
