Obviously you couldn't do anything that relies heavily on sleeves, but you could have a sleeve that is cut at the bottom and weighted to actually sort of work like one while not getting in the way of wings.
You'd be putting it on with talons so unless you have a swath of retainers you'd need a relatively small amount of buckles and buttons and laces and similar.
Would it be better to have a draping bit of cloth with gaps at the front so you can raise your talons higher, or would it be better to have it open at the sides?
I know nothing about fasion and clothing design but it's fun to think about
