Harpy girl cracking into leftover bones like a bearded vulture, is this anything?

harpy that coos like a pigeon or perhaps a dove when you hold her close. not a quiet sound either, but a rumbling akin to a cat's purr that you can feel through any skin contact, a noise that sets your mind at ease in a manner of purely base instincts. Is it related to the Enthralling song? perhaps. But in the moment it does not feel like a manipulation, simply a manner of saying those thoughts that fill both minds at once, that wordless desire to simply hold one another for as long as one could stand.
Such a sound of contentment should be cherished.

do you think harpies have an egg horn like lizards that their hair/crest/whatever grows over, or do they have keratin noses similar to a bird's beak? Otherwise it would be an evolutionary weakness to be unable to get free from an egg without help.
