I can't make Nyrané's scruff look as fluffy as it should
where would one even turn for inspiration / reference for how to draw neck fluff in an anime-ish style

I've improved at the Darkest Dungeon style massively over like 6 months of drawing other things, it seems, so it looks so much better!!
