Björkus "No time_t to Die" Dorkus

I have to keep an annex and update that annex separately from the text of the C standard and remember to change it every time. What I should do is make it so I use an in-line tex macro at the point that I write the implementation-defined, unspecified, or undefined behavior so it can be automatically categorized+built into an annex. I'll still have to write 2 sentences but at least the things will be close together; right now it's just bouncing between 2 locations in the source...
