- "Silence" only works on root posts, not on shares, so the only way to silence it is to silence your OWN post and miss any further interactions
- Silencing your own post doesn't silence notifications, exactly. It stops them appearing in the Notifications Page, but the little notification-counter eggbadge still continues incrementing. I'm assuming this is a bug rather than intended site design but it's extremely weird lol
