Hey all!

Just your everyday pan transgender librarian. As one so typically is. Also a Socialist, so there's that. I'm enjoying my time off of corporate social media.

I like reading, video games, and art. Looking to follow more people here.

you should just get that one Brother laser printer that every office has, put it in the corner, and only use it when you need to

only prints in black and white, but because it's dry powder toner (instead of liquid ink that can dry) it will last forever and you can just print five pages a year if you want to

i agree about the laser printer for pure convenience

would also like to add tho that your local library might also have free (or way cheaper than market rates) printing, as long as you aren’t doing anything fancy

The library I work at it's $0.10 per B&W and $0.25 per color page. With a dollar free a day.

A LOT of people use this for their occasional Amazon return.

Just...for the love of the Gods know or bring with you your email's password. That's the hardest part of the whole ordeal.

I bought one of those Brother laser printers a while back and it has done an exceptional job of sitting in the corner. It even printed out some stuff for me a couple times.

10/10 would buy again if it ever actually needed replacing due to a natural disaster or something.

I have a inkjet that I use intermittently for work. I dealt with the issues of the ink drying out by buying third party refillable cartridges. It cost me 30USD for the cartridges, but after that I can buy a liter of replacement ink for ~80USD.

At those prices I don't mind if it dries out a bit and needs more frequent refills.
