I've never been much of one for social media. I was never any good at it, except in my old Terraria Gamepedia Forum days. But I really liked Cohost. I learned CSS because of this place, and while I'm still not good at it, it got me to teach myself something new. Lately motivation is hard to find and this place helped a lot.
I really will miss this place. It's funny we call websites 'places' even though they aren't actual places. The internet is just code but it feels like a place we stay in, and Cohost was a very nice place to stay in.
Thank you so much to all the people who worked on this place and made it real. Updated it, cared for it, made it fun and cute and cool. It might not be here tomorrow but the effect it had on people will be, no matter how big or small that is. Things come and go, but the ideas they leave in the footprints will stay, at least for a time.
