I spent about two weeks at a friends place and my tendinitis seemed to improve. Even after i stopped doing my nightly workouts. I hoped the trend would continue when i got home, but it seems to be getting worse again.
I think it's my bed, so I'll try sleeping on an air mattress. (I slept on an air mattress at my friend's place) despite some backpedaling it's still improving. Tendonitis is a long haul illness I've heard so it'll be a while till it's cured, but ive noticed things have inproved alot since i decided to make some diet changes and take aspirin more regularly.
