What I find even more baffling is how young people seem to have encyclopedic knowledge of any and all controversies and/or Internet Drama(TM) these days.

I'll be watching some new Youtube channel, and the comments will be like:
"Yeah I'm watching you guys now after what Susan over at Gobbledygook said about climate change when she was on the romance novel podcast last year.
I just hope you guys won't do any more colabs with Twitchstreamer69. I just can't support them anymore after the gerbil incident."

I used to like and follow the content of ShadeOfLight but he was mean to another kid 24 years ago when he was 8 years old and I feel that's pretty reflective of what type of person he is now.Also one time on SweatyDungus's post he said that Nioh 2 was mid so I don't really feel like I can follow or support ShadeofLight anymore
