A pox upon all special editions of video games that come with “soundtracks,” but they’re only ten selected tracks rather than the whole thing. Not only is it unsatisfying to have an incomplete soundtrack, but it delays folks on YouTube from ripping the rest of it, because many of them simply upload the ten track disc and leave it at that. Just give us the whole OST.
EVEN worse: when there's different tiers of special edition, and the lower tier gets the 10-track cut. "Yeah sorry, you need to pay $90 more and get a bunch of shit you don't want, like keychains and a light-up box with sound effects." Please. Please just let us buy the CDs. We want to give you money for the FULL soundtrack, but we don't want the light-up box!!!
