found on yahoo auctions, it was an expensive buy but i love it. everything is in great condition as well, and i happen to own one jp dreamcast game anyway (kof 99 evolution because it's much cheaper than the na version)

I’m so happy you were able to get one. It was one that I really wanted way back when I was shopping around for a JP Dreamcast.
