oh this is amazing news. I'm already a massive fan f their Paint 3D for honestly the best cut-a-thing-out-of-a-background-to-use-somewhere-else tool ever, even without doing all the stuff it's made to do
yeah the paint3D cutout stuff is amazing
Not perfect, but more than good enough for what I use it for
it's weird that the layer stuff is for OG Paint, tho.
