im on the lookout for a new job atm and im struck by the fact that despite my skills being in very high demand, all the people demanding them want me to do absolute fucking nonsense. there are people desperate to jump me up onto the highest tax bracket for doing shit like "using machine learning systems to develop business insights for our data-based partners" or some other useless garbage that simply does not matter. all that fucking money flying around so some business dinguses can send each other a report that they make their secretary read. our economy is so normal.
