You see the thing about emulators is that it proves the vast majority of the tech industry is bullshit. We could literally send books, movies, video games, and a crapton of more important shit to each other for free. We can have billions of copies of the same piece of software for everyone to use, or even to dig into the code and to learn from. And the reason most people seem to think we don’t have this is because we live under capitalism.
But you don't understand, no one would actually make any art, or books, or movies, or games, if the work they produced didn't make money for some rich guy above them! We'd all just be sitting around all day or some other bullshit.
