are there any orgs out there that try to do skill bootcamps for trans / nb folks and help foster connections to workplaces? (trans tech social comes to mind but i haven’t any clue of how effective they are, there’s also trans game dev discord server but it’s more a Q&A space rather than a retraining / incubator program)
this feels like a huge critical step in getting our demographic more established in security. all systemic impediments aside, i think it’s time for us with the means to do what we can to equip each other for mutual success whenever possible
